While one shoulder strap dresses are becoming more and more popular --- they never were my favorite look until today when I saw this dress in  Brides New York Magazine.  I fell in love with its simplicity and elegance.  I love the pockets and the rhinestone buckle belt.  This  dress is a Jasmine Couture.
